Please note we are experiencing significant delays in delivering your goods which has been caused by the weather and most notably the farmer’s manifestations. Whilst these have now been stopped it has created a major backlog in the delivery systems with delays of at least a week.

We apologies for these delays although they are out of our control.

Regarding your delivery please note – we will inform you when your parcels are collected from us.
However, please await confirmation from the courier as to exact delivery date.
If you have not received a delivery confirmation from them the parcel is not yet en-route to you.

Do not worry regarding any delay to frozen goods as they are kept
under temperature controlled conditions at all times and will be frozen on arrival at you door.

We are offering FREE deliveries for anywhere in France & Monaco
at a minimum purchase value of 100 euros.

How does it work ?

COLLECT or DELIVER

You can choose to collect your order and either pay on line or at Brittain’s Home Stores in Valbonne.

We will deliver FREE of charge in France & Monaco on orders of  100 euros or more. For smaller order there will be a delivery charge.

How much does delivery cost ?

We have made calculating your order simple by charging 27€ per 9kg including TVA

0 – 9kg = 27€ inc. TVA
9– 18kg = 54€ inc. TVA
18 – 27kg =81€ inc. TVA
27 – 36kg = 108€ inc. TVA
36 –  45kg = 135€ inc. TVA

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process your order within 24 hrs of receipt. When it is ready for despatch we will inform you by email. Once despatched delivery should be within 48 hrs (Sundays excepted). Public Holidays may affect the delivery time, but you will be informed of this when your order is despatched

Once the delivery service take charge of the parcel from us they will contact you and inform you that the delivery will be the following day. If necessary you can re-schedule the day and time directly with them (this must be done before 12 midnight on the day of notification). The day of delivery the transport company will inform you of the time so that you can ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and store the goods at the appropriate temperature. Once delivered, the storage of the goods at the correct temperature is your responsibiity.

How will my order stay frozen ?

All our products are transported in special freezer containers to keep your order at a perfect temperature.
